The Port Huron Northern boy’s basketball team won for just the third time this season on Tuesday night, but it was the second time they topped cross town rival Port Huron High. The Huskies trailed the Big Reds for almost three full quarters, but rallied to win 45-40 at Port Huron High. Matthew Baravik scored a game high 17 for the Huskies, while Nick Trimble added 11 points. The Big Reds got 10 points from Curtis Corby. Northern ended a seven game losing streak, while Port Huron High fell for the sixth straight time.
