The Detroit Pistons opened a five game road trip out west with a 125-124 double overtime win at Portland on Sunday night. Reggie Jackson scored 31 points, while Andre Drummond added 28, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had 26 for the Pistons. Detroit travels to Sacramento to play again on Tuesday night.
