No. 13 Michigan State eked out a 78-77 win over Florida Gulf Coast on Sunday night in East Lansing. Eron Harris poured in 31 for the Spartans, who travel to Nassau on Wednesday to face St. John’s in the Battle for Atlantis Tournament.
