Sanilac County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a roll over accident Monday on Hall Road west of Kilgore in Buel Township. A 73 year old woman from Croswell was traveling westbound when she lost control of her vehicle when the pavement turned to gravel. Authorities received a call shortly before the accident, reporting an erratic driver in the area. The driver was removed from the vehicle and taken to McLaren Port Huron for treatment of injuries. Sheriff’s deputies say charges are being sought on the driver, as alcohol is believed to be a factor in this accident. She was wearing her seat belt and the airbags did deploy.
