Two new SC4 board members elected, PHASD board unchanged

It’ll be a slightly new look on the St. Clair County Community College Board of Trustees. Newcomer Penelope Peck will fill one of two, 6-year seats on the board, incumbent Marcia Robbins was re-elected to the other. Mukund Wankhede was unsuccessful in his quest to keep his seat on the board. Robert Mitchell also elected last night to fulfill a two year partial term on the SC4 board. Laurie Oldford and  Matt Ruiz were the top two vote-getters for the Port Huron Area School District Board of Education, retain their seats for another six years. They fended off a challenge from Gary Lokers Jr.
