A rollover crash yesterday evening near Emmett has claimed the life of a Brown City man. St. Clair County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the area of Foley Road in Emmett Township on reports of an overturned vehicle. the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, 53 year old Leonard Bennett, was ejected from car and pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies were assisted by Tri-Hospital EMS and Emmet Township Fire and Rescue. The incident remains under investigation.
