Marysville City Council will be asked to approve an agreement tonight with St. Clair County Community College regarding the use of athletic fields at Marysville city parks. Proposed last month, Marysville officials would like the city to host SC4’s new soccer complex that was originally slated for Haynes Park in Port Huron. The Skipper’s softball and baseball teams could also call Marysville home under the proposal, with the college utilizing the city’s various ball diamonds. The agreement will be up for approval following a presentation by college officials tonight. Marysville City council is scheduled to meet at 7:30pm at their Delaware Avenue city hall.
