As the nation remembers the September 11th 2001 tragedies, some special ceremonies will be held here in Port Huron tomorrow. On Tuesday, September 11 at 9:00am at the International Flag Plaza located north of the Blue Water Bridges, those who sacrificed their lives will be honored and memorialized. Those include the 343 firefighters and 72 police officers made the ultimate sacrifice running into the fire that others were running away from. The event is being put on by the Port Huron Police and Fire Departments.
