For the second time in three games, and the 15th time this season, the Detroit Tigers failed to score in a game, losing 6-0 in Oakland. Mike Gerber had two of the Tigers five hits in the loss. In a three game series Detroit managed to score just one run in 31 innings and lost all three games. The Tigers head to Anaheim to face the Angels in a three game series that will begin on Monday night.
