The Detroit Red Wings agreed on a two year contract worth $6 million with restricted free agent Andreas Athanasiou. The 23 year old forward has been with the Wings the past three years and had 17 goals and 16 asssits in 71 games last season. The Wings still have two unsigned restricted free agents in forwards Dylan Larkin and Anthony Mantha.
