The Detroit Lions used the 20th pick in the first round of the NFL draft to take center Frank Ragnow of Arkansas. Ragnow, who did not give up a sack last season, can also play guard. Cleveland used the first overall pick to select QB Baker Mayfield. The draft continues on Friday and Saturday in Arlington, Texas.
