The Cleveland Indians scored four runs in the first inning on Saturday night and cruised to a 5-2 win over the Tigers. Abraham Almonte drove in three runs for the Indians, while Alex Presley picked up four hits for the Tigers. Cleveland goes for a sweep in the four game series on Sunday afternoon at Comerica Park.
