NBA teams could begin negotiating with free agents on Friday and the Detroit Pistons wasted no time.  The Pistons have offered center Andre Drummond a five year max contract, worth $130 million, keeping the all star center in Detroit.  Guard Ish Smith, a former Philadelphia 76ers player, has agreed to a three year deal worth $18 million, and forward Jon Leuer, another journey man player, has agreed to a five year deal with the Pistons, worth $41 million.  Players can not sign the contracts until July 9 under NBA rules.
