Foul play not involved in teen’s death

The Michigan State Police is releasing the results of a death investigation from over the past weekend. Troopers from the Lapeer post say the death of 16 year old Leah Conner did not involve foul play. Conner’s body was found near the Mill Creek Trestle Bridge on the Wadhams to Avoca trail Sunday morning. She was reported missing from her Kenockee Township home Saturday. The Michigan State Police is investigating the death of a St. Clair County teen who’s body was discovered along the Wadhams to Avoca Trail Sunday Morning. According to troopers from the Lapeer Post, 16 year old Leah Conner was reported missing Saturday afternoon after she went for a walk and did not return. Her body was discovered near the Mill Creek Trestle Bridge Sunday morning. No details have been provided about her cause of death.
