A major milestone was reached this past week for the Blue Water View condo project in downtown Port Huron. The first occupants are moving in to the 8-story tall building along the St. Clair River. According to Architect Lee Stevens, the first condo owners moved in last week with more expected in the coming days. “We about three or four (people) that are ready to move in and another five or six that are sold or under contract,” said Stevens. Ground was broken on the 30 unit condo building in November of 2017. Stevens say there are still units available for those who are interested, with more information available at bluewaterviewcondos.com.
