A 40 year old woman from St. Clair County’s Lynn Township has died following a single vehicle crash Sunday. Sanilac County Sheriff’s Deputies report that the woman was traveling south bound on Ruth Road in Sanilac County’s Washington Township around 5:40am Sunday morning. Authorities say she failed to stop at the intersection with M-46 and proceeded southbound into a ditch. The woman died at the scene of the crash and deputies believe she was not wearing a seat belt. The incident remains under investigation by the Sanilac County Sheriff’s office.
