Sheriff’s office investigating armed gas station robbery

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s office is searching for a suspect who robbed a gas station at gunpoint early Monday morning. It happened at the Mobil gas station on 32nd Street near the I-69 business loop in Port  Huron Township. According to the Sheriff’s office, two suspects pulled into the gas station parking lot in a green Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck with no tailgate. There was an Arizona license plate in the rear window. One of the suspects, a white man about 5-foot 10-inches tall, entered the store and demanded cash from the clerk. He was armed with a handgun and was wearing a bandana over his face. Authorities say he had a tattoo on his right eyebrow, described as three stars in an arch.
