Port Huron Police are investigating an accident involving a pedestrian that occurred Wednesday afternoon. Police say a 32 year old Port Huron man was struck by a vehicle while walking east on Garfield across the M-25/I-94 connector around 3pm. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment and later transferred to a Macomb County hospital and is in critical condition. The intersection was closed for several hours yesterday and the accident remains under investigation by the Port Huron Police Department.
