The Cleveland Indians beat the Detroit Tigers 4-0 on Thursday to take two out of three games in their series at Comerica Park. The Tigers head to Minnesota, where their game on Friday has all ready been snowed out. The teams are scheduled to play on Saturday and Sunday.
