It was the seventh time in history the NCAA Men’s Basketball Final has gone to overtime, as Virginia beat Texas Tech 85-77 on Monday night, for their first title in school history. The Cavaliers went on an 11-0 run in OT to secure the win. De’Andre Hunter scored 27 points, including a three with 13 seconds left in regulation to force overtime, and Kyle Guy added 24 to lead Virginia.
