Christin Stewart hit a two run home run in the top of the tenth inning, lifting the Detroit Tigers to a 2-0 win on opening day in Toronto. Detroit starter Jordan Zimmermann retired the first 20 hitters of the game, before allowing an infield single with two out in the bottom of the seventh. The Tigers and Blue Jays play the second game of a four game series on Friday night.
