No. 9 Michigan State beat No. 7 Michigan 75-63 on Saturday night to earn a share of the Big Ten regular season title with Purdue. Cassius Winston scored 23 and Xavier Tillman added 17 for MSU. Ignas Brazdeikis had 20 and Jordan Poole 15 for Michigan. The Big Ten Tournament will begin on Wednesday.
