Ice breaking efforts on the Black River may result in the opening of the Military and 7th Street bridges in Port Huron Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday. Expect intermittent delays when crossing the river in Port Huron. Fire Chief Dan Mainguy says the city will be clearing ice to prevent flooding on the lower Black River. The 10th Street Bridge will remain closed to traffic due to ongoing repairs.
