A house fire near Marysville claimed the life of one over the weekend. The St. Clair County Sheriff’s department tells WPHM a fire broke out around 10:30 pm at a house in the 1700 block of Range Road in Kimball Township. First responders entered the house, finding the homeowner deceased. The fire is being investigated and the name of the victim has not been released. Multiple fire departments responded to the incident, including Kimball Township, Marysville, and Memphis.
