Tony Parker scored 31 to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 109-99 win over the Pistons on Tuesday night at the Palace. The Spurs have won eight in a row and stopped the Pistons win streak at three. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had 25 to lead Detroit, while Aren Baynes had 15 points and nine rebounds against his former team. Detroit plays at Memphis on Thursday.
