No. 5 Michigan State had no trouble with Illinois on Thursday night, crushing the Illini 79-54 in East Lansing. The Spartans have won two in a row. Bryn Forbes had 17 points and Eron Harris added 13 for MSU, who will play at Penn State on Sunday.
