Daniel A. Frasier

Daniel A. Frasier, age 72 of Fort Gratiot died April 11, 2014 in
his home. He was born March 21, 1942 to Alfred and Luella Frasier
and lived in the Blue Water area for most of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Mae Frasier, 2 children, Daniel A.
Frasier Jr. and Tina (Patrick) McNeely, a grandson, Simon McNeely, and
his brother, Richard “Dick” Frasier. He was preceded in death by his
parents, and 2 brothers, Frank and Tim Frasier.
A funeral service will take place at 11 AM Tuesday in the Blue
Water Free Methodist Church, 1963 Allen Road, Kimball with Pastor
Randy Bennett officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 PM in
the Smith Family Funeral Home – North, 1525 Hancock Street, and at
church on Tuesday beginning at 10 AM. Immediately following the
service at church there will be a luncheon also at the church. Following
the luncheon burial will take place at Christian Memorial Cultural
Center in Speaker Twp. Memorials may be made to the church.

Maynard E. Martin

Maynard E. Martin, age 79 of Kimball died April 10, 2014 after
a short illness. He was born November 11, 1934 in Mt. Clemens. He
married Wilma Dimon April 6, 1957 in Port Huron. He was a member of
Maynard is survived by his wife, Wilma Martin, 5 children, Lisa
Martin, Laurel Martin, Adam Martin, Lynette Raymond, and Aaron
(Susan) Martin, 7 grandchildren, Tessa, Alex, Reagan, Reilly, Zachary,
Ethan, and Logan, and a sister, Beverly (Bill) Smith. He was preceded in
death by his parents, and a sister Joyce Downham.
A memorial service will take place at 6 PM Tuesday in Sparlingville
Baptist Church with Pastor John Milton officiating. There will be a
sharing time with the family at church beginning at 5 PM Tuesday.
Memorials may be made to the church. Smith Family Funeral Home
– North, 1525 Hancock Street was in charge of arrangements.
