Patriots Get Stung

The Port Huron Patriots took a 44-40 lead early in the fourth quarter at Saginaw, but the host Sting scored the games last 32 points to pull out a 72-44 victory on Sunday.  AJ McKenna threw for 191 yards and six touchdowns for Saginaw.  Michael Akrawi passed for 229 yards and five TD's for Port Huron, but was intercepted four times.  Jose Cannon had three touchdowns and caught five passed for 94 yards.  The Patriots are (1-1) on the season and face the Sting in Port Huron on March 9.
