Decked out with memories of Christmas past.

It's Christmas time in the city... and this Saturday sees lots of holiday happenings in Port Huron.  The Festival of Tree event will be taking place at McMorran, along with the Art Hop as put on by the Blue Water Young Professionals group, and even the Everything Classic Antiques store will be getting in on the act by hosting free antique and collectible appraisals all day long.  The store's Mike Gaylord says at 3pm the event will really rev up with a complimentary wine and food tasting party, with four local restaurants that have teamed up to add a special touch. Gaylord is the host of the "Everything Classic" Antique and Collectible Show heard on local radio stations AM 1450 WHLS in Port Huron and AM 1590 WHLX in Marine City. Other activities in the area this weekend include a charity Polar Bear Plunge at Lakeside, a Lighted Farm Implement Parade in Sandusky, and a tree lighting ceremony in Lexington. The "Real Santa" even makes a border run this weekend with a parade in Sarnia on Saturday.
