Board of Education members for the Port Huron Area School District Monday night approved a series of contracts and improvement items. Following a closed door session on negotiations the seven member board gave the o-k to new two year contracts with the Port Huron Association of Educational Secretaries and Building Administrators Association.  Neither see any pay increases and both reflect savings to the district.  288-Chrome books were given approval for purchase...the laptop type computers will be going to elementary students at a cost of about 300-dollars each.  Board of Education President Jeff Stout says a new service line for food offerings at Holland Woods got the o-k to at 36-thousand dollars.  Several curriculum reports were also heard during last nights meeting which lasted about 2-and-a-half hours
