GAS PRICES ON THE RISE

Gasoline prices seem to be headed right back to the near $4 a gallon mark.  Michigan AAA reports a weekly average this week of just over $3.82 a gallon.  That is up 30-cents from last week and is about 25-cents higher than this time last year. A drop in U.S. supplies and hikes in crude oil prices to blame.  The Mercantile Exchange pegged crude at over $106 a barrel this morning.  Price checks across the state found petro lowest in Marquette and highest at nearly $3.85 in the Ann Arbor market.
