Michigan State came from behind in the second half to edge Iowa 59-56 on Friday and advance to the semi-finals of the Big Ten Tournament.  The Spartans will play Ohio State on Saturday.  Andreian Payne had 18 points, while Kieth Appling and Gary Harris each chipped in 13 points.
