Spring is still a long way off, and drivers need to pay attention as they take to the roads during the rest of the winter.  St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnelon tells our Paul Miller this past week saw several traffic accidents due to the ice and snow, and there's also one very important lesson to heed before getting behind the wheel, and that's latching your seatbelt and making sure your passengers are safe and secure as they ride along. The Sheriff says other safety tips for navigating through severe winter weather include giving yourself extra time to travel and leaving plenty of room for other vehicles both  in front and behind you.
