Michigan State coach Tom izzo got his 200th career conference win on Wednesday night as the 18th ranked Spartans won 81-72 at Penn State.  Five Spartans reached double figures led by Adreian Payne with 19.  Gary Harris added 14, while Derrick Nix and Keith Appling had 12, and Travis Trice had 11.
