Ryan Radcliffe led CMU with three touchdown passes as the Chips beat Western Kentucky 24-21 on Wednesday night at Ford Field in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl.  Both teams finished the season with 7-6 records.  CMU won its last four games of the season after a 3-6 start.
