The Denver Nuggets held off the Detroit Pistons 101-94 on Tuesday night at the Palace.  Brandon Knight led the Pistons with 20 points, while Jason Maxiell added 18 and Rodney Stuckey 17.  The Pistons play at Brooklyn on Friday.
