Brandon Knight scored a career best 30 points as the Detroit Pistons beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 104-97 on Saturday night.  Tayshaun Prince added 14 points, while Greg Monroe had 11 and Jason Maxiell and Rodney Stuckey 10 points each.  The Pistons are in Philadelphia on Monday.
