Jociam Noah scored 30 points and grabbed 23 rebounds to led the Chicago Bulls to a 108-104 win over the Detroit Pistons on Friday night at the Palace.  Rodney Stuckey led five Pistons in double figures with 24 points, while Brandon Knight added 21.   Carlos Boozer had 24 for the Bulls.
