No. 4 Michigan advanced to the final of the NIT season tip-off with a 67-62 win over Pittsburgh.  Trey Burke led the Wolverines with 17, while Tim Hardaway Jr. added 16, Nik Stauskas 15, and Glen Robinson III 13 to pace a balaced attack.  Michigan will play Kansas State in the tournament final on Friday at 4:30 PM at Madison Square Garden.
