Northwestern topped Michigan State 23-20 on Saturday in East Lansing.  Andrew Maxwell threw for 297 yards and two touchdowns, but was picked off twice for the Spartans.  Dion Sims had 102 yards on five catches and Le'Veon Bell rushed for 133 yards in the loss.
