There still seems to be some confusion amongst drivers these days as they travel along eastbound I-94, headed to either Port Huron and surrounding areas or across the Blue Water Bridge into Canada.  With the reconstruction of the 94 and 69 corridor there also came a split in traffic, with drivers instructed to stay either on the right or the left, depending on their destination.  Rob Morosi at the Michigan Department of Transportation says officials are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it, and they've begun by installing a temporary turnaround area just before drivers get to the toll booths. Morosi says MDOT will be painting stripes along the roadway with better instructions on where to go.  He says at it's peak the toll workers were seeing about 15-hundred motorists a day becoming confused on the lane change to either go international or stay local, but the numbers have lessened to 500 or so as drivers get better acquainted with the route. One of the concerns of late Morosi believes are GPS devices which are still programmed to navigate drivers on the old route.
