Port Huron Police say they arrested three Tuesday afternoon in a child neglect and drug case. This was in the 1000 block of 10th near Poplar and Rawlins where a 2-year-old girl was found wandering the streets. The home involved was pointed out by neighbors where police found drugs and two individuals wanted on outstanding warrants. A 40-year-old woman in the home was charged with child neglect. The two year-old was turned over to other family member. A 19 and 26-year-old also arrested. The three are from Port Huron.
