Prince Fielder hit his 30th of the season, a two run shot in the 8th to give the Tigers a 2-1 victory in Minnesota on Sunday.  The win, combined with a Chicago 6-2 loss to Tampa Bay, means the Tigers can clinch the Central title with one more win of one more Chicago loss with three games left in the season.  The Tigers begin a series in Kansas City on Monday night.
