It's more progress for the Blue Water Area Convention Center project, with a groundbreaking for the $30-million dollar development expected in the next few months.  The St. Clair County Board of Commissioners will hold their regular session tonight in Capac, with Chair Jeff Bohm noting that the project is getting closer to seeing shovels in the ground at the site of the Thomas Edison Inn. The board tonight is expected to approve architect and food and beverage agreements. The session starts at 6pm at the Mussey Fire Hall in Capac along West Mill Street.
