POLICE BUSY THIS PAST WEEKEND

Port Huron Police say there were a number of weekend incidents including a stabbing Saturday at Lyons and Stone Street in which the 34 year old male victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries...the suspect remains at large...the two had apparently argued.  Arrested was a suspect in an armed robbery case at Speedway in the 2300 block of Oak. The 54-year-old had implied he had a knife. He was apprehended in the 500-block of 13th….and still under investigation are the reasons why a pick-up truck jumped the curb and went into the St. Clair River off of Grant. The truck had been reported stolen.  In Sarnia meanwhile a homicide investigation continues in a case that left a 50-year-old woman dead and her former husband arrested.
