Port Huron and Marysville City Councils tonight review potential changes to ordinances concerning the use of fireworks.  Both are reviewing separate amendments in second and third readings prior to adoption of the items.  The changes are designed to restrict the use of fireworks to around holidays to lessen noise complaints.  Also in Port Huron tonight reports on the latest Blue Water Fest and an update from McMorran Place expected.  The Port Huron meeting gets underway at 7 p.m., Marysville at 7:30 p.m.
