Miguel Cabrera capped a five run bottom of the tenth inning with a two-run walk off home run to give the Detroit Tigers a 10-8 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Sunday.  The win gave the Tigers a sweep in the three game series and gives Detroit a four game winning streak.  Cabrera and Omar Infante each homered and drove in three runs, Infante and Austin Jackson both had four hits.  The Tigers take on the Yankees at Comerica Park on Monday.

In other news the Tigers traded to minor league players to be named later to the Cubs for utility player Jeff Baker.  Baker plays infield and outfield and was hitting 269 with 4 home runs and 20 RBI this season.
