Doug Fister retired the first 17 hitters of the game and went on to pitch a four hit complete game as the Detroit Tigers beat the Cleveland Indians 6-1 on Saturday night, for their third win in a row.  Jhonny Peralta had two hits and drove in two runs, while Omar Infante also drove home two for the Tigers.  The final game of a three game series is set for Sunday afternoon at Comerica Park.
