A squeeze bunt in the bottom of the seventh scored the go ahead run and gave the Cleveland Indians a 3-2 win in the opening game of a three game series with the Detroit Tigers.  Miguel Cabrera hit a two run home run to provide the Tigers with their only runs of the game.  Game two of the series is set for Wednesday night in Cleveland.
