Awards are handed near the finish line for the crews of the yachts that sailed the 88th running of the Mackinac race.  Local boats will be receiving a few burgees too including 5 second place finishes and 3 in third place for the Bell’s Beer Bayview race.  Windquest was first to the island although overall honors went to Natalie J while the historically restored Bernida surprised many by staying out on top in it’s class.
